Supervision isn’t just about ticking a box - it’s about having a safe space to reflect, be challenged, and grow in your practice. As a neurodivergent, neuro-affirming social worker, I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to support you in developing your confidence and skills in truly affirming practices.
Sessions are 60 minutes, online (via zoom), and can be a ‘one off’, monthly, or as needed. We can dive into client work, unpack the tricky stuff , explore theory, or just create breathing room for you as a practitioner. Whether you’re brand new to the field or have been at it for decades, I’ll meet you exactly where you’re at - no judgement, no jargon, just real support always with lots of love and often with a bit of humour too.
